The KH-XBC automatic diesel engine fire pump unit produced by our company is powered by imported brands such as Perkins, Deutz, Volvo Penta, joint venture brand Cummins, and domestic diesel engines such as Shangchai, Wudong, and Jichai. It is directly connected to the water pump through high elasticity couplings or membrane couplings produced by professional manufacturers, and the automatic control of the diesel engine pump unit is achieved by a self starting LCD control module. Customers can choose to use water pumps with different head and flow rates according to their needs.

Introduction to Diesel Water Pump Units

Our company produces KH-XBC type automatic diesel fire pump units, using imported brands such as Perkins, Deutz, Volvo Penta, joint-venture brand Cummins, and domestic brands like Shangchai, Wudong, Jichai, etc., as power sources. They are directly connected to water pumps via high-elasticity couplings or diaphragm couplings produced by professional manufacturers, with automatic control of the diesel pump set realized by an auto-start LCD control module. Water pumps with different heads and flows can be equipped for customers to choose according to different needs.

Features of CSB-OTS Type Double-Suction Split Case Centrifugal Pump Series

  • Split Case Design: Easy disassembly and simple inspection. When parts need to be replaced, it does not affect the centering of the pump casing and inlet/outlet pipelines.
  • Double Suction Design: Offers excellent suction performance, ensuring a high suction head even during large-flow operation. The pump shaft seal can be non-cooled packing seal or non-cooled single-end unbalanced mechanical seal.
  • The single-stage double-suction centrifugal pump is a new energy-saving horizontal split case pump, suitable for conveying clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. According to user requirements, by changing the pump structure and materials, it can be used to convey sediment-laden water or various corrosive liquids. This series of pumps is applicable to factories, mines, urban water supply and drainage, power stations, farmland irrigation and drainage, and various water conservancy projects.
