Below is a list of materials required for shortlisting applications for reference. Large projects and enterprises usually have their own internal material supply systems, which facilitate the procurement of materials needed for production. When enterprises need materials, they only need to find the corresponding manufacturers and products in the supply system to quickly complete the procurement process, avoiding complex intermediate links such as inquiry, demonstration, and verification. Therefore, entering the material supply system is indeed a test of a brand's and manufacturer's strength. First, the application materials required for shortlisting are roughly divided into two categories: product details and enterprise qualifications. These include basic information of material suppliers, products applying for access, business license, tax registration certificate, bank account opening certificate, material agency authorization, supplier commitment letter, ID cards of the legal representative and contact person, product quality inspection reports, quality, safety and environmental management system certification certificates, and other product qualification documents. They also involve some enterprise performance reports, usually those of the past three years.
